Returns Policy

Welcome to FireLily Australia, where your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, whether it's a damaged item or simply not what you expected, we're here to help with replacements or refunds, following Australian Consumer Law and our simple policy.

Replacements and Refunds

  • You can request a replacement or refund within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • We'll replace the item with something of equal value if possible, or offer store credit or a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse replacements or refunds in certain cases.

Process for Replacement

  • Email us at hello@firelily.com.au with your order number and the items you need replaced, along with some photo's of said items.

Exceptions to Replacements or Refunds

  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Shipping Costs

  • We cover shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

  • If you change your mind, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged product for a replacement or refund.
