Replacements and Refunds

You can request a replacement or refund within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

We'll replace the item with something of equal value if possible, or offer store credit or a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements or refunds in certain cases.

Process for Replacement

Email us at hello@firelily.com.au with your order number and the items you need replaced, along with some photo's of said items.

Exceptions to Replacements or Refunds

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Shipping Costs

We cover shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

If you change your mind, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products

Contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged product for a replacement or refund.
