Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

During busy periods, like festive or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer due to high volumes or postal delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• Free shipping Australia-wide on subscriptions and orders over $70.

• Otherwise, a flat $10 shipping fee applies Australia-wide.

Checking Your Order Status
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@firelily.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll help you track it down.
